Takman is a modest regional resort in Russia's Perm Krai, suited to local skiers and families seeking affordable, convenient access to winter sports without the crowds or expense of major Alpine destinations. With just 6.9 km of piste spread across 8 runs and a 175 m vertical drop, it is a beginner-friendly hill where most visitors will lap the terrain multiple times in a day. The four easy runs dominate the offering, making it ideal for learning and confidence-building on groomed slopes.

The resort's main strength is its accessibility and price - a day pass at RUB 3500 (roughly USD 3800) is genuinely cheap by international standards, and the November-to-April season captures the region's reliable snow window. However, the caveats are substantial: snow reliability is rated only 35/100, meaning conditions can be inconsistent; off-piste terrain is negligible (1/5); and the vertical and piste count are tiny by any global measure. This is not a destination for intermediate-to-advanced skiers seeking challenge, variety, or long runs. Expect a local hill with basic infrastructure, not a resort experience.
