Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle ski resort

Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle is a micro-resort that suits only the most local skiers or families seeking a gentle, low-commitment introduction to skiing. With just 0.3 km of piste, 61 m of vertical, and a single lift, this is not a destination resort - it is a neighbourhood slope. The modest EUR 60 day pass reflects its limited scope, and the moderate snow reliability (25/100) means you will often find yourself driving elsewhere or waiting for fresh snow.

The honest caveat: this resort has almost no terrain to speak of. There is no off-piste to explore (1/5 rating), no variety, and no reason to plan a multi-day trip here. The season runs December to April, but snow cover is far from guaranteed. If you live within 30 minutes and want a quick weekday run or to teach a child the basics on a forgiving slope, it serves that purpose. Otherwise, look to the larger Vosges or Alps resorts nearby.
