Mariánská Hora is a micro-resort suited only to absolute beginners, young children, or locals seeking a quick ski fix near Liberec. With just 1 km of piste, 56 m of vertical, and two lifts serving a base elevation of 682 m, this is not a destination resort - it is a practice slope masquerading as a ski area. The appeal lies entirely in convenience and affordability for nearby residents, not in any meaningful skiing experience.

The critical weakness is snow reliability: at 18/100, you are gambling heavily on winter conditions. Eastern European lowland resorts live or die by natural snowfall, and Mariánská Hora's modest elevation makes it vulnerable to rain and thaw. Off-piste terrain is non-existent (1/5 rating).
