Manitoba Mountain
Manitoba Mountain is a historic, non-operational ski area in Alaska, United States. Ski operations are not active. Manitoba Mountain was an early Alaska ski area on Manitoba Mountain north of Lower Summit Lake, near Mile 50 of the Seward Highway. Built and run by Seward residents, it operated from about 1941 to 1960 with rope tows and the Glacier Ski Lodge, and closed when the lodge burned down in the spring of 1960.
