CISOWA - stacja narciarska ski resort

CISOWA is a tiny, local hill in southern Poland that suits day-trippers from Silesia and curious skiers exploring Eastern Europe's modest terrain. With just 1.25 km of piste, 72 m of vertical, and four runs split between easy and intermediate, this is not a destination resort - it is a neighbourhood slope where locals warm up for winter. The lift infrastructure (2 lifts) and run variety are honest and functional, nothing more.

The critical issue is snow reliability: at 16/100, CISOWA depends heavily on artificial snowmaking and winter luck. Sitting between 348 m and 420 m elevation in a region with variable winters, you cannot bank on consistent conditions. The PLN 130 day pass is steep for what you get - a short, flat-terrain hill with minimal challenge or variety. Off-piste is essentially non-existent (1/5 rating).

Come here if you live nearby and want a quick ski fix, or if you are testing skis before a trip to the Alps. Do not plan a holiday around it. The season runs December to March, but plan for frequent closures or thin coverage. For anyone serious about skiing, this is a warm-up act, not the main event.
