Górnik (Rzeczka) is a micro-resort in Poland's Lower Silesian region that suits only the most committed local skiers or those seeking a novelty visit to Eastern Europe's smallest ski areas. With just 0.9 km of piste and a vertical drop of 932 m squeezed between 757 m and 836 m elevation, this is not a destination resort - it is a local hill with four lifts serving a tiny terrain. The vertical is misleading; the actual skiable area is minimal.

The honest caveat is snow reliability: at 19/100, Górnik is unreliable and dependent on artificial snowmaking to operate at all during its December-to-March season. Off-piste terrain is negligible (1/5 rating), so there is no backup for poor snow conditions. At PLN 130 per adult day pass, the pricing is steep for what amounts to a practice slope. We would only recommend this resort to locals within an hour's drive, or to completists documenting Poland's ski infrastructure. For any serious skiing holiday, look elsewhere in the Alps or Carpathians.
