Skiareál Horní Guntramovice ski resort

Skiareál Horní Guntramovice is a micro-resort suited only to complete beginners, young children, or locals seeking a quick practice slope within the Moravian-Silesian Region. With just 0.6 km of piste, 108 m of vertical, and a single lift, this is not a destination resort - it is a neighbourhood hill. The modest 588 m to 697 m elevation means snow reliability is highly variable (15/100), making winter visits a gamble even during the December-to-March season.

The resort's only real strength is accessibility and affordability for nearby residents. However, the day pass at CZK 1200 is shockingly expensive for what amounts to a training slope, and the lack of any meaningful terrain, off-piste opportunity (1/5 rating), or infrastructure makes this a poor value proposition for anyone travelling from beyond the immediate area. There is no realistic scenario in which a visitor would travel to this resort as a primary ski destination.

Skip this entirely unless you live within 30 minutes and need a local warm-up hill on a rare good snow day. For any serious skiing in the region, look elsewhere.
