Funpark ski resort
Funpark is not a serious ski destination - it is a novelty slope in the Czech Republic's Liberec Region with a single 100-metre piste and 5-metre vertical drop. This is a beginner's playground or a family outing for those living nearby, not a trip worth planning around. The 1200 EUR day pass is eye-wateringly expensive for what amounts to a glorified nursery slope, making it one of Europe's worst value propositions.
The resort's snow reliability is abysmal at 15/100, meaning you should expect bare ground more often than snow during the December-to-March season. Off-piste skiing is non-existent (1/5 rating). There is no reason to travel to Funpark unless you are a local seeking a quick beginner session or testing equipment. For anyone planning a ski holiday, this should be crossed off the list immediately - spend your money and time in the Alps, the Tatras, or any of the dozen better options within driving distance.
