Šibeniční vrch ski resort

Šibeniční vrch is a micro-resort suited only to absolute beginners, young children, or locals seeking a quick practice slope within the Central Bohemian Region. With just 0.3 km of piste, 31 m of vertical, and two lifts, this is not a destination resort - it is a training hill. The appeal lies entirely in proximity and convenience for nearby residents, not in any meaningful skiing experience.

The honest caveats are severe. Snow reliability is dire at 15/100, meaning you will face bare ground or thin cover for most of the season despite the December-to-March window. The CZK 1200 day pass is shockingly expensive for what amounts to a practice slope, making it poor value even by European standards. Off-piste skiing is non-existent (1/5 rating). There is no resort infrastructure, no terrain variety, and no reason to travel here when proper Czech ski areas like Špindlerův Mlýn or Pec pod Sněžkou exist within reach.

Skip this entirely unless you live within 20 minutes and need a local warm-up hill. For any visiting skier, the time and cost are better spent elsewhere.
